What age should i have the sex talk to my 10 year old boy?

My son is 10 and he is already asking questions im not ready for. Is he ready to know. I dont want him to learn from kids that dont know what they are talking about. But me being a woman im not sure when males start knowing things and if its right to talk to him about it so young.
