Girl, 12, drunk during schoolyard sex assault
CALGARY - The 12-year-old girl who had sexual intercourse with a boy near a Calgary schoolyard was stumbling drunk at the time. In an agreed statement of facts made an exhibit in court Wednesday, it was revealed the pre-teen consumed most of a 26-ounce bottle of vodka as well as other booze.
